We can help your one find purpose and belonging.
Our community has purposeful programs that offer the care you and your family need for different stages of dementia. Along with our programming, you’ll have peace of mind knowing there is trained staff on-site 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
If you and your family are looking for a memory care community, we can help. Our Alzheimer's and dementia care community, also known as Clare Bridge, is rooted in “a person-centered approach”. That means we help our residents find a sense of purpose and belonging while also helping them preserve who they are.
The Clare Bridge Daily Path is an evidence-based approach that offers a gentle daily structure of six planned programs per day, our routine that helps our residents maintain their abilities, encourage the use of their current skills, and offer a sense of security and accomplishment. Activities include a morning cognitive workout with discussions, brain games and physical fitness and movement classes like our B-Fit program, walking programs, and dancing. Here are a few more examples of activities that are part of the Daily Path:
•Music—piano time, karaoke and sing-a-longs
•InTouch—brings the outside world in with an intuitively designed touch-screen
Our apartments have plenty of natural window light and some even have a garden view. We help families make our residents’ apartments familiar and comfortable with a move-in guide and a suggested list of what to bring. Plus, we’re a pet-friendly community because we know it’s not really home without our four-legged family members with us.
Your loved one will enjoy an award-winning dining program that includes dementia-friendly menus with familiar and easy-to-manage selections, small dining rooms with consistent pre-selected seating and personal dining assistance.
If your loved one enjoys art and crafts, he or she can work on projects in our art studio. And our residents love our convenient on-site beauty salon and barbershop for hair appointments. And don’t forget, if you want, you and your family can reserve our private dining room for special celebrations. We even have our own theater on campus for movie matinees. And for your convenience, we also have a pharmacy on-site.
We are committed to building person-centered partnerships with relationship-rich care. In our care model, we build relationships with trust, loving concern and a sense of family. We listen to your loved one as we problem-solve behavioral expressions that may arise. Knowing and being present in relationships with your loved one gives us a strong foundation to anticipate any unmet needs and lessen behavioral symptoms.
