The Safety They Need, The Peace of Mind You Deserve

We know it isn’t easy to transition your loved one’s care to someone else, which is why we go above and beyond to serve every senior with the dignity and respect they deserve. At our memory care community in Highlands Ranch, Colorado, your family member can participate in programs and activities designed to promote holistic wellness and social interaction, which result in daily moments of joy and success.

For your peace of mind and the safety of the residents, our care team is available on campus 24 hours a day, seven days a week.

Whether we’re providing gentle guidance throughout the day, serving as a personal dining assistant for those who need a little extra help, or spending quality time getting to know each and every man and woman in our care, you can rest easy knowing your loved one will feel at home in an environment that prioritizes safety, security and belonging.

Our seniors have a diverse range of interests, ranging from fitness classes like Tai Chi and chair yoga to live music performances and right-brained art exercises. Some join the walking club. Others attend on-campus devotional services. No matter what your loved one enjoys most, they will find it here—and in the company of dear friends.

A few of the amenities our seniors have access to include, but are not limited to:
•24-hour security system and emergency response in each room
•On-campus beauty and barber shop
•Spacious private and companion accommodations
•Beautifully-landscaped outdoor recreation areas
•Restaurant-style meals served three times a day in a private dining room?

Because all of our seniors are different, we offer personalized care plans that meet their individual needs. That means they receive the exact care they need and only pay for the services they actually use. Now you can shed your worries and focus on spending quality time with your treasured family member.

  • Doing Very Well

The community has provided excellent care to my client. She has gone on a few outings and done some activities. The staff at the community has been extremely helpful and really nice and accommodating. Even though my client says she doesn't care for the food I'm sure it is okay she is just picky about what she will eat. I'm very pleased with the level of care she has been receiving.

  • supervisor issues

The staff at Brookdale Highlands Ranch is very friendly. For the most part they try hard. There might be some supervisor issues that allowed some things to fall between the cracks. We are very dissatisfied with the physician group. Mom is no longer here. We needed to get her out after she was starting to go downhill. There were several lapses in care here that caused us to leave.

  • Head of the Class!

My husband was at Clare Bridge for more than three years. The caregiver staff was caring, compassionate, and attentive to his needs. Although there is often turnover in assisted living facilities, the administration was invested in maintaining continuity of caregivers/activity facilitators for the sake of creating a predictable structure and providing cognitive stimulation. The caregivers were kind and amazingly patient with residents and relatives alike. The administration worked tirelessly to ensure a quality of individualized care, and they were always responsive to concerns that would inevitably arise given the nature of the disease. The skill of the activity personnel varied, but finally stabilized during the last year. Friends, family, and colleagues all agreed that it was the perfect fit for my husband for the time he lived there. In fact, his confusion and agitation improved after he moved in because he could navigate autonomously in a safe environment. Clare Bridge became our extended home, and for meeting our needs during this chapter of our marriage, we feel deep appreciation and gratitude.
