Memory loss doesn't have to mean that all is lost.
If you and your family are looking for a memory care community, we can help. Our Alzheimer's and dementia care community, also known as Clare Bridge, is rooted in a person-centered approach€. That means we help our residents find a sense of belonging and purpose while also helping them preserve who they are.
We have purposeful programs that offer the care you and your family need for different stages of dementia. Along with our programming, you'll have peace of mind knowing there is trained staff on-site 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
The Clare Bridge Daily Path is an evidence-based approach that offers a gentle daily structure of six planned programs per day, our routine that helps your loved one maintain his or her abilities encourages the use of current skills and offers a sense of security and accomplishment. Here are just a few examples of some of the activities your loved one could enjoy living here:
Cooking demonstrations and classes
Card games and puzzles?
When it comes to daily activities, your loved one will have plenty of options.
When it comes to apartments, you and your family have choices, too. You and your family can choose from several floor plan options including a private studio suite or a companion studio apartment, and each apartment has a private bathroom. Our apartments have plenty of natural window light and some even have a garden view. We'll help you make your loved one's apartments familiar and comfortable with a move-in guide and a suggested list of what to bring. Best of all, we're a pet-friendly community. After all, pets are family, too.
We use mealtime as an opportunity to offer healthy menu choices and create a sense of belonging for your loved one:
Dementia-friendly menus with familiar and easy-to-manage selections
Small dining rooms with consistent pre-selected seating
Personal dining assistance?
Your loved one can enjoy sunny days outside on the patio in our large secure courtyard or meet up with friends in the game room to work on a puzzle. Or maybe your loved one wants to join a cooking demonstration in the community kitchen and then stop by the library to pick out a new book.
We are committed to building person-centered partnerships with relationship-rich care. In our care model, we build relationships with trust, loving concern and a sense of family. We listen to your loved one as we problem-solve behavioral expressions that may arise. Knowing and being present in relationships with your loved one gives us a strong foundation to anticipate any unmet needs and lessen behavioral symptoms.
