The Brian Center in Gendersonville stole $5,000 from my mother. Do not go to any Brian center.

Terrible Place
In the past 8 months the staffing has dramatically changed for the worse. Prior to the current director the facility was adequately staffed with competent nurses and administrative staff. The new director treats the staff badly and there has been a significant turnover and staffing reductions. Thus the quality of care has dramatically declined to an unacceptable level. Rather than LPN's on the halls they are mostly staffed with Med Techs who have little or no knowledge of the patients. New ones show up daily and can rarely answer questions about patient status when asked. A facility that is responsible for the health and well being of patients should not be focused on profit but on quality patient care. Unless the management is staffing philosophy changes please don't entrust them to care for your loved ones or yourself.
