My tour review

This community was okay. They did not have memory care at this community so it would not have worked for my loved one.

Our Tour Experience

Everything on our tour was great. The facility was clean, and the staff were very nice and very caring. A huge plus for our family is they accept Medicaid. So we'll be moving our loved one here from a place that does not accept Medicaid.

Wonderful visit! Mom was meeting and greeting people?? Staff and residents were friendly. The grounds are updated , clean and welcoming. Good feel leaving Braemer. Definitely considering it. Wish it transitioned.

Staff doesn't assist my parent. They never call you back

Sorry I have to post this, but nobody calls me back from the facility. Mom's 91 and doesn't understand the whole covid thing. Staff is less than helpful and they won't even turn the TV on for. Nobody calls me back from social services or the management. Very frustrating. Unfortunately I have to write a review like this in order to get some results, that's very sad. I don't know how it is other places but I know how it is here please check this out before you bring your loved one.

Heidi did an excellent job. We were very pleased with the time Heidi gave us during her last vacation day. She is very special, and my mother will eventually, join her program.
