Autumn Lake has been wonderful to my mom and myself. Helpful, kind and compassionate. Was a very difficult transition for my mom but they have been very sensitive to her needs. Everything is very clean. They actually redid the room right before my mom moved in. All the staff we have encountered are super friendly and thoughtful. My mom does not require much care at this point but Autumn Lake has done a good job with her medicines and therapy. My mom is still transitioning and has not used the dining facilities yet. But says the food is very good. My mom always prided her cooking and I was surprised at how happy she has been with the food. Autumn Lake is great value for your money in our opinion.... Read more

Not sure if they are running a rehabilitation center for Wellness or a Daycare center for the sick children of their Employee's.. Guess that's why all of the patients have the stomach flu . That's what happens when you let your employee's bring in their children that are too sick to attend school , running fever's :and let them have the run of the facility and the equipment that the seniors are using!!!

This is day 1 for my father, who has suffered a brain injury. He is not yet able to be at home & Oceanview was chosen as a rehabilitation facility to help him get well & go home. On his 1st day, the bed he was placed in was neve changed from the previous patient. The sheet & blanket were pee stained & stinking! No joke. The room looked like it had been cleaned with dirt. The shoes from the previous patient were still under the bed. They were given ample time to be ready for him. This is supposed to be a unit for special needs & I would have to say that it is not set up for people with cognative issues. I am worried that he will hurt himself. However the staff was very nice.
