My mother has been living at The Atria Hacienda at 44-600 Monterey Ave in Palm Desert for almost a year and we find it very nice. It's an attractive, pleasant place with an exceptionally well trained, caring, and friendly staff. They have two restaurants, in-house entertainment, arts and crafts, a putting green, and lots of nice field trips. My mother loves her room. It has a patio and she has plants and a hummingbird feeder which she really enjoys. They also also allow pets and although she doesn't have one, she enjoys playing with her neighbor's cats.Reviewed on A Place For Mom
I was quite happy and content here till I found they will prowl your room while you are out and confiscate anything they think you shouldn't have. I am a grown man with a sound mind and have no illegal substances or items in my room.Reviewed on A Place For Mom
Hard to review right now. We are confined one person per room and not allowed to set foot out of it. Even family are not allowed to visit. Food is delivered in Styrofoam boxes and no exercise. Basically we are in very high priced solitary confinement. I am not normally hard to get along with but have gotten into it with management several times. The other staff are excellent and willing to go out of their way to help at any time. Before the quarantine I would have rated it a little higher but not above 3 stars.Reviewed on A Place For Mom
