I did not have luck reaching the sales person and found that she was out but I asked for her boss and got [name removed] who was so great and she was able to get me in to a model room from the outside to look at.Reviewed on SeniorAdvisor.com
I’m trying to understand how Atria can justify a 7% rate increase for 2018 (24% over the last 4 years), especially after the 7.5% increase for 2017. I would think they would have left the price the same, or even dropped it, after the problems they’ve had this year - in January, most of the waitstaff left causing problems in the dining room and Bistro which took several months to deal with; and, the lack of a Director for a few months. While this is a nice facility, it is in no way luxurious as stated on the Atria website These increases are especially disturbing since Social Security increased only 4.3% over the same period (most of which was taken up by MediCare), and the Consumer Price Index has increased only 5.4% between 2014 and 2017. Are all Atria properties getting such increases or is it just Davis?Reviewed on A Place For Mom
