I have spoken to and met with several communities and Ashwood will be our choice for our parent. The people I talked to were very knowledgeable and quite friendly. They showed us videos and we were able to view the courtyard and see a few residents enjoying the day. Very good experience!Reviewed on SeniorAdvisor.com
I had an interview today with the marketing director at 11:00. When I got there she blew me off and sent another person to give me a tour which didn’t help because I had questions about Medicaid and this person was very nice but answer my questions. I wish The marketing director, [name removed], would have called and let me know she wouldn’t be available. Worst customer service ever.Reviewed on SeniorAdvisor.com
Very high on our list for placement - [name removed] was very professional, honest & up front. The residents that we saw on our tour as well a the employees all seemed to be happy & we saw several residents busy in the library, sitting area and doing some kind of Easter craft. The home did not have any smells and all areas were clean. We will be taking another family member to visit this location as this location is high on our list for placement for our loved one.Reviewed on SeniorAdvisor.com
