Our residents can schedule reminders and exceptions for both medications and care activities. On-site hospice care is provided. Our community offers respite care - a short-term stay at a senior living community - perfect for those recovering from a hospital visit, the interim during which a caregiver takes an extended vacation, or simply to experience a senior living trial period. This community provides medication administration. We can administer a sliding scale program to monitor insulin levels via glucose tests, and adjust medications based on the results. Staff members are versed in the usage of the Hoyer Lift for total transfers. Our facility is properly equipped and staffed to handle feeding IV insertion management. Wound care is available. Healthcare services include colostomy care. Services for residents with Disorientation/Lack of Awareness issues ensure residents are well-directed (using queuing, for instance) and supported in a healthy lifestyle - nobody falls between the cracks.
