Hospice service introduced me to Always Caring to arrange for a Home Health Aide for my 01 year old Mother-in-Law to be paid by Medicaid. They said they submitted the paperwork to the insurer for approval but that was false and caused a week delay in service. Then they could not find an Aide who spoke English nor could they find anyone to start at 9:00 AM. They did not care at all that we were in a desperate situation. They were uncaring and unable to service us. English is not an uncommon language in this country not is 9:00 AM an unreasonable time to start work unless you are Always Caring. Perhaps a name change is in order: "Couldn't Care Less". They "Care" so much that when I called them they couldn't talk to me because they were doing Payroll, what? they whole company is doing Payroll? Can't comment on the quality of the Aides as we never got to see one.
