The staff and the care they provided was very good. I liked the way the caregiver conducted herself and cared for my loved one. I would use their services again if I need them.
Scheduling was one of the biggest issues that we had. You have to stay on top of it and in touch with them non stop to make sure that things stay on track. Also have a way to monitor the people to make sure that they are doing what they are being paid to do. They were really low on staff and someone quit 2 hours early on the shift and there was no one to replace them.
If we could make any changes it would be with the consistency of the workers. Some of the workers they would send over for our loved one were more attentive than some of the other workers they would send over.
