Several years ago they worked hard to try to build my mother's muscle strength. Most of the customers old, a few younger for such as hip healing and no one at their regular residence to help them. Reasonably good facility, even then they worked to keep it sanitary. Had an immersion bath with lift, a small room to meet with friends and relatives, IIRC TV in end of dining room. (Experience is with top floor at that time, which was rehab mostly, lower floor may have been for dementia care then, next door is other things including senior's education and perhaps a special care residence. A known private charity was east of the building.)
