I did talk to the head person about it and he said he would look into it. He did and we are changing the current system. The only thing is that my loved one has just been moved up to level 4 care and we are trying to figure out how often he is looked into. I think our expectations were too high for frequency. We have to remember that it is an Assisted Living facility. They offer all kind of daily games, such as; Bingo, cards, foam ball bowling, balloon volleyball, live singing, church and bible studies, ice cream party's on Fridays and Sundays, Happy Hour with adult beverages, and live animals come every few months like a petting zoo.
