Frustrating and negative experiences with this agency
So many things wrong with this place. Terrible communication between office and clients. Caregivers were late or didn’t show up without any notification from the office. Very difficult for an elderly person to manage alone for an hour or a scheduled period of time when someone reliable is supposed to be there to offer “ help at home”. Frustrating to have a new, different caregiver each day. Management doesn’t seem to care. I would not recommend this agency.

Your risking your loved one health and care
This was the worst experience I have had with Nursing services in Florida. Nurses aids twice arrived smelling of alcohol, and when I said something about it my car keys disappeared.I have had the panic alarm alert on my computer a couple weeks later so there are not lost. The last aid completely reorganized the house without permission.Especial bad for a blind client.Such a bad job was done that it felt like they were doing it on purpose. Don't risk your loved ones with this agency there are plenty others. I will be going to the State health services for help.

Nice Caregivers
I do't have a lot of experience with Help at Home Homecare yet but what I have experienced is very friendly staff and nurses. They are very caring. Everything is going fine. My mom is happy with her caregivers, she really likes them.

Very unorganized and unable to communicate efficiently!
Working with Help at Home was a horrible experience from the start. I hired the agency to come in and take care of my husband while I was away and they did several things wrong. There were times that they didn't show up at all and times that they sent double staff, none of which is what I signed up for. Thank goodness my husband was well enough to get by. When I attempted to call and get a handle on what was going on they gave me information on another family (no confidentiality). I would never use this agency for assistance again and surely would not recommend them to anyone.

about Help at Home Homecare, LLC

A Place for Mom has scored Help at Home Homecare, LLC 1 out of 10 using our proprietary review score.

We assign review scores to give a more reliable view into senior living communities and home care agencies. Our review scores prioritize reviews that are recent — the past 24 months — because we know families need current information when choosing senior care.

Those with many recent, positive reviews receive a high review score, while providers with few recent reviews — regardless of how positive — receive a lower review score. Communities with no recent reviews will not have a review score, even if older reviews are positive. The maximum A Place for Mom review score a community can receive is 10 points.
