Mom used to fall a lot at her last location, she was much safer here. The environment is homey and is immaculate. The location is excellent, near 280 and Woodside Plaza. There is a lovely bright sun room for privacy/meetings and a gorgeous backyard with a nice patio. Mom especially liked the home-made applesauce from [name removed]'s apple tree. The staff are very attentive and patient. The food is thoughtful, healthy and there is a good rotation of items. I also referred my neighbor to Britannia House II for her mother, but I personally haven't seen that location yet. I was very happy to have had Mom as a resident of Britannia House.
