There is a maximum occupancy of 1 residents per room. Public assistance is available through Medicaid Aged and Disabled 1915(c) Waiver program. Before a resident is accepted, they must go through a service plan screening to ensure their needs are going to be met. This screening includes a number of areas of interest such as ADLs test, risk indicator assessment, physical health exam, and mental health evaluation. Staff members obtain education in a variety of fields. These include: the values of community-based care, infection control, fire safety, and residents’ rights.
