This community has a number of provisions concerning food and diet which include communities must provide three nutritionally balanced meals, using a variety of foods from the basic food groups, communities must reasonably respond to residents’ suggestions regarding meals, Therapeutic diets may be provided if prescribed by a physician, and meals and snacks of nourishing quality must be provided. This type of community is required to offer a number of services. These include transportation, social and recreational services, protective oversight, and personal services.
