We know he is kept busy, sometimes when we call to check in he doesn't have time to talk to us because he is hanging out with his new friends. We most certainly would recommend this community.

I think they've done the best that they can under the circumstances with Covid. Not being able to go in and visit has been really difficult for our family, and it's difficult to evaluate Mill Creek, as all of our interaction has been over the phone. The staff has been pretty good, but they could improve on follow-up. I don't think they're as quick at follow-up as they could be. I think they've done as good a job as they can helping me stay in contact with my loved one, considering dementia in general and then the Covid situation on top of that. My loved one tells me they keep it really clean. I think they're pretty good generally.
