The staff was knowledgeable on how to care for a person with beginning dementia and the supervisors were extremely accommodating when I needed caregiver and was not scheduled. My mom needed extra help and they found someone with in an hour or so to come to the house.

We use home care services through FirstLight Home Care of Central Orlando for my loved one and everything about our experience so far has been great. The caregivers are responsive to our requests, everyone is friendly over the phone and they do a great job with matching a person that my loved one likes. I would recommend FirstLight Home Care of Central Orlando to others, for sure.

My parents LOVE their caregivers! After much convincing, they finally permitted my brothers and I to get them some additional assistance. While they were hesitant at first, thanks to FirstLight, it worked out beautifully! My parents actually look forward to when their caregivers come to assist. We highly recommend this company. Our family was in need of an aide very quickly and FirstLight made it happen. The caregivers they sent were wonderful and when someone called off for their shift the 24/7 service filled in the shift in a timely manner. My mother is not easy to work with and they did an excellent job encouraging and providing her shower, toileting and transferring her out of bed. We would recommend their service to anyone!

The agency was a pleasure to work with in setting up home care. I was very happy with the staff. They were very reliable, arrived on time, and were able to help me with all of my care needs. They were very courteous. The staff even went out of their way to help me get some exercise.

We have used this service twice and each time it was great. The caregivers were very good and went above and beyond. They explained everything clearly when we first set up the service. We will use this service again. I would recommend this home care agency to family and friends.

It was a little rough in the beginning on my dad's part. He did not want anyone living with him but the personal aid does their best caring for him. Now he is adjusting well because we reduced hours to 4 a day. The services are fine and I like the personal aid contact. Everything has been pretty good.

They have gone above and beyond everything I could have asked for. They take her everywhere, and they are being good companions to them. When an emergency happened they were right there. They went with her to the hospital and even called someone else to stay with him. I could never have done all that from where I am.
