Perhaps it is unfair of me to post this review. After all I wasn't provided with a tour as the administrator no showed for our appointment. The harried staff invited me to come in and wait although she knew nothing of my visit. While there I observed two people sleeping on recliners, one man lying in bed and overheard pitiful and multiple cries to "help me!" I am looking for a small, friendly and alert community for my mother. This is not it.
