We have had no complaints at all. They always send me pictures of her doing activities and they say she is very active. The staff are very good communication, they are always updating me and sending pictures of different things. I would recommend Courtyard Plaza and already have.
During our loved ones stay of [dates removed] we were very happy with our experience. The owner [name removed] was very thorough and detailed with things they do and how things are ran. During the covid spikes and lockdowns he was very honest and straight forward with the families. This especially helped make our transition much easier especially from coming out of state. If we had to do it all over again we would pick Cutler Bay. It is very affordable - not the lowest but not the highest. The staff are great.
I'm happy here at Imperial Club. I have no complaints really. I like everything overall. They try to do the best they can to help us. And I feel good in my apartment. It was a very big change in my life, but I'm adapting. I'm trying to make my life easy and pleasant, and I can see myself living here for many years.
