Sarah’s experience in the senior care industry includes being a Senior Care Liaison for a home health company and working as a Healthcare Relations Representative for the largest non-profit hospice and palliative care organization in Florida. Sarah joined the senior care industry because she is a nurturer and educator by heart and trade, and loves to take care of others. She watched her grandparents and parents navigate the path of Dementia and Alzheimer’s diagnosis’, as well as finding assisted living placements. She knew there was a better way to help families find the information and care they needed. Her experience in hospitals, rehabs, assisted livings and memory care facilities are an asset to other professionals who are faced with the task of finding patients appropriate care with a smooth transitional placement.
