Sarah has over 25 years’ experience in the senior healthcare industry, all of which have been in the same community. Starting as a CNA and later achieving her LPN, Sarah expanded her skills in the Home Health industry as a Lead Homecare Advisor. She has joined A Place for Mom so she can be a broader advocate for seniors in which she can offer choice, as she knows how important- and difficult the decisions can be after watching her mother make those very same choices for her Grandfather battling Alzheimer’s disease. Her knowledge and experience help her to understand the challenges not only seniors and families experience, but those the professionals face as well. Being able to relate from all aspects enables her to bring peace of mind to everyone involved. She looks forward to being an advocate for YOU!
My passions in life include my faith and people. I am an active member at Morningside Church and facilitate a connect group and partner in the evangelism ministry. Staying true to the Golden Rule is a priority. I am also a photographer specializing in Inspirational, Event, Portrait and Aviation photography. That’s right, Aviation! This passion stemmed from my volunteer work with Southeast Florida Honor Flight committed to bringing veterans to the memorials free of charge. So, on my off time you can see me at many of the airshows either shooting from the ground… or the air. I have always believed blue skies are the limit… personally and professionally.
I believe we are in this world to make a difference, and my goal is to make a positive one- especially within the senior population. By working together with the healthcare and community professionals, I know we can make a dynamic impact not only in their lives, but their families as well.
