She first joined the industry when she was offered a position in a long-term care community where her grandmother worked. This provided the unique opportunity to work with her grandmother her final year before retirement. This allowed Niki to observe and learn skills that her grandmother provided with compassion in her 30-year career. Since then, Niki has devoted her working career to ensuring she is doing her part to help seniors live better.
