Michele has been working in the senior industry for over 24 years. She started working as a caregiver, Certified Nursing assistant in 1989, was then promoted to an activity director – life enrichment director, and then to a community relations director in 2005. She enjoys working closely with families through the sales process and providing them with the resources that they need to help them in making a decision. Working with seniors comes natural to her as her own Grandmother lived in her home from the age of 7 until end of life. She also provided hospice at home to her own father in 2007, he passed away from Lung cancer.
I am passionate about educating families to guiding them to a solution. Family is very important to me, being an adult child myself to an 80 year old parent, Mother of 4 and Grandmother to 6. I am very family oriented.
