Kathleen, known in her last position as "Irish Kathleen", was the lead manager for more than five years where she not only worked, but also lived her job. Those five years taught Kathleen a lot about how seniors view their golden years. Her relationships with her residents were often as close as a parent and daughter. She thinks the best part of her job was watching the seniors transform over the first two months of living in their new home. It was then that they met new friends, were be able to talk to those who understand their health issues, and have on-going discussions with peers.
