I have noticed that several staff members have quit since January, but the new members are very helpful and approachable. The facility provides housekeeping services weekly and has done an excellent job. My mom has enjoyed most meals. There was an issue with cooking meals at the assisted living facility and bringing to independent living, but that issue has been resolved. I would currently recommend the facility to others. The staff is very pleasant and easy to work with. The housekeeping is only light housekeeping, but [name removed] does great for what she does. The meals are not always great, but I am not a picky eater. They always have a really good salad bar, which is helpful. I think it's a great place for what I pay to live there. One of the nicest features is an in-house laundry room, which is pretty rare in Abilene, Texas. I have my own washer and dryer. I also love my garage and garage door opener. I have a lot of storage.
