We were very impressed with the care that my mom received. Everyone was very helpful and caring. My mom is a picky eater and she didn't have any complaints about the food, that says a lot. They are excellent, but they are short on CAs getting to my loved one.

I think it's a phenomenal place. My loved one told me it's absolutely wonderful, except he doesn't like the food. He says it's very bland. He wrinkles up his nose and says it's not good.

They are helping my loved one to walk. It is very clean and the nurses and staff are very nice. The food is very good with meals on time. They keep her clean.

I am satisfied with how they are caring for my loved one and I spoke with them about her condition. This facility is very clean and well kept.

I think the biggest plus is that it is nearby and convenient for me, and it's a nice facility. The drawback would be the isolation for the patient and not getting much interaction with other people or residents.

My loved one was eating today so that was good to hear. She has to be worked with mentally to motivate her. I wish they would do this with her so she would participate more. The doctor has been great. They check on us. They have been friendly. Their nurses did not give my loved one her medication and she had to get it herself.

It is clean but it was very little help for my mom. They are getting better. They messed up the doctor's appointment.

The staff seems very kind, nice, and responsive. When I bring things up they react quickly and get things taken care of. The therapists seem caring and nice. It's somewhat clean and there's no smell but there are a lot of things. I feel like I have to track down and be on top of myself. It's not someplace I feel comfortable with because I have to be such a ready participant in my mother's care. The food is terrible and cold all the time. There have been issues with missing clothes from the laundry and some of her medical treatments not getting done.

The staff I have dealt with have been very nice. Some parts are good and some are not. They seem to be depending on my husband to let them know what his needs are and expect him to be able to do most things for himself. They aren't helping him eat and don't seem to be even giving him sponge baths, or doing anything hygiene wise.

My experience at Wingfield Hills Health was okay. The therapy services I received were very good. The nurses were good too but they had way too much to do. There were times it took a while to get help because they are so busy. I was not pleased with the nurse practitioner both on my admission and my discharge. She never did come back when I was checking out.

The physical therapist is awesome. I like the environment. It is set up very nice. My loved one bed is soaking wet every time I visit him. His clothes are filthy, The nurses think I am nuts when I ask to get him changed. It takes a long time to get them to do it.

They are overworked and underpaid. The food is bad. You do not give seniors beans for dinner 2 nights in a row. It is not good for my loved one. The care is very hard on them. There is not the right ratio of staff to patients.

The overall experience is not good. My loved one is very unhappy. They're very short-staffed. I don't know if they're paying attention to her chart, they didn't give her medication. She's also not on a diet for her condition nor do they seem to take carbs into account. Their food tastes awful. I'm sure the staff has good intentions, but they aren't taking care of my loved one very well. When I talk to her she's always super upset.

I owe my life to Wingfield for discovering I still had pneumonia after Renown was ready to discharge me with no meds. The five weeks of rehab I had at Wingfield made me a lot better -- able to confront living again, successfully, in my own house. Now, 3 weeks post-discharge from Wingfield, I'm able to drive a car and push a grocery cart AND play my trumpet again!! Most of the day, I have no need for oxygen -- only while sleeping. I would change only two things -- 1) More nutritious meals, with fruit and BOOST supplement; 2) Train the CFAs to respond to patient calls punctually and effectively. Thank you, [name removed], for deciding that I was a suitable candidate for rehab!! You saved my life!!

Everything is going well and he is doing better from what I have seen. They are walking him up and down the hallways. It is fine. He said they are working him pretty well. I do not like that they do not have anyone at the front desk. I like all of the staff and we had a conference call last week and they were all very nice. The nurses are pretty good. All of them are really nice. They were not giving his medication to sleep better. It is very nice and clean. I have not gotten much on how he is doing except for the conference call. Overall, they should give me more updates.

I think the nurses are fantastic. There was a gal at the reception desk who was fabulous with explaining everything to me. It smelled fresh in the center. The first day after my loved one was admitted, she said the person who came to get her was rough. They were impatient and curt.
