A Wonderful Experience for My Mother
My Mom has been in the facility for a year now and she seems happy and well taken care of.
The administrator was very open to any suggestions to improve the care. Miss him. The new administrator also seems attentive to my Mom’s needs.
The caregivers were trying their best to help the residents and are doing a good job.
All and all we have been very pleased with Mom’s care.

Stress-Free Experience
I can't say enough good things about Tower Lodge. The staff is super-attentive, and the patient-to-caregiver ratio is so much better than the other long-term-care facilities my wife and I visited. The facility itself is definitely not as glitzy as the other LTCs that we saw, but we were not looking to put Mom into the "Ritz". Our number one concern was Mom's care, and it was obvious to us early on that the best actual care she would receive would be at Tower Lodge.
From [name removed] the Admissions Director to [name removed] the Director of Social Services to all the nurses and staff, the entire experience was really pleasant for Mom and me. I was contacted many times by the staff, alerting me to any of my mom's needs (mentally or physically) and any changes in medication or physical issues that arose. They really were the next best thing to having Mom here at home with me. I lost Mom a month ago, but I'm so relieved that the nurses and staff made Mom's final days comfortable and pain-free.

A Five Star Facility
My brother has received loving care, good food, and the staff give him personal care and attention. Tower Lodge is clean and he and his clothes are always clean. Staff is always pleasant. I highly recommend Tower Lodge in Wall, New Jersey.

Amazing People
I've known this facility for 45 years because I live in Wall. I know many of the people who have worked at Tower Lodge for many years, they are great. Tower Lodge Care Center is great.

It's great. The social worker is great and there is a decent amount of staff. They are friendly. The nurses are pretty good. It is always clean and never dirty there. The meals are pretty good and they give out snacks at night. Their communication is pretty good, I like it.

Review of Tower Lodge Care Center
There have been no problems. The staff tell us everything. If there's a problem, they take care of it. The staff all like him, and he's taken care of. We do all the maintenance for him at night. In the very beginning, he would call my name until he got settled. The nursing care is very good. A handful are really good. A few have been not so good but other than that we've been lucky. If we are nice, the staff are nice and there are no problems. There are two ladies that take care of everything. The aides come in, they are friendly and good and it's working out fine. The staff give him baths when they are supposed to. He eats and he does well with the food.

Everything is going very well at the facility. My mother is happy, which makes me very happy! The staff are all so good that I can't point out just one! The only thing that could possibly use a little improvement would be the cleanliness of her bathroom floor.

This is a really nice, clean facility. A lot of times, I will walk in and see the good care that is being given to my mom, and the staff member didn't know I was there yet. Sometimes, I wish more care would take place. I did have a situation with her roommate. My mother was moved, and I feel as though it should have been handled a little differently.

This is the best out of the nursing homes I've experienced. My loved one has one personal aide who is excellent. I would not recommend this facility for rehab, but for long-term care, I would.

The people are so nice. The staff is excellent. The administrator is very kind and sweet. I met two of my loved one's nurses. They call her sweetie! She said she ate all of her food and she would complain if the food was not good. I called and they answered the phone right away. We like the social worker and she reached out to me and was very nice. She cannot watch Price Is Right and they do not get channel 2 - that is the only issue!

I have had a lot of experience in this facility - I had a friend that was here for six months. It is very good. My friend calls me to tell me how her therapy appointments go and it is going great for her. She enjoys the meals there.

My mom is now in long term care there and it is going the best that it can for her as well as our family. They do a very good job with keeping in touch with us and they are meeting all of her needs. We do not have any complaints. She is still receiving rehab therapy at this point even though she is LTC, and that is going well too. The nursing care is the best! It's very clean, too! At the family meeting, we went over all the foods she likes as well as dislikes and the facility is meeting her needs entirely.

The administration is very good. The administrator was very helpful. My aunt is very happy and is content. My mother was there for three years and I've never had any complaints at all for the care and staff. She seems to love the meals. I have no complaints.
