Our services are provided from just a few hours per visit, up to 24 hours per day, 7 days a week, including weekends and holidays. We start the process of finding the most compatible caregivers for each client by using the Care Profiler - an online personality and work styles questionnaire that was developed exclusively for hiring direct care staff - followed by evaluating each full employment application and references, as well as an in-person interview and criminal background check.
We are a family owned and operated company with over 22 years of experience in the service industry. Scott, Laurie, and Brandon Briesath, a father, mother, and son are the owners. Our location opened in 2007 and we employ many caregivers and office staff who have been with us for quite a few years! We are located in Brookfield and serve Waukesha, Milwaukee, and southern Ozaukee county areas.
Please feel free to call us, our care coordinator would love to answer any questions you may have.
