Stay away from this place

Our family member had a horrible experience at this place. Had to wait up to 1 and a half hours after hitting call button for nurse to get assistance for help to bathroom. Food was horrible and family member was hungry but was told that we were not allowed to bring family member food. Administration was "never available " to address concerns. Always seemed to be short staffed. Would not recommend this place to anyone after the experience we had. We thought it was a new & beautiful facility but that was misleading as to the care provided, or more like lack of care. If I could give it 0 stars that would be more appropriate.

It's Not Like It Used To Be

The community has had a significant turnover of the staff. Everyone was friendly when visiting the community. I never know if the same person will be the same staff member I have dealt with prior. The night shift isn't good at all. I believe they only have a nurse and an aid in the memory care unit at night. No COVID in the residents in the community. The food is terrible, and they aren't willing to make accommodations for the resident's tastes.
