Stellar Care
My 95 year old father was there for the last three months of his life. He was quite active, always wanted to move around and talk. They were always kind to him and someone was always near him to make sure he didn't fall. The care ratio is superior to any other place; at the time he was there there were only seven other residents and the care was two aides to the seven which is wonderful. They always made sure he had enough fluids and he was always kept clean. My father was quite content there and I was relieved that he was safe. I had to take him out of a Benchmark facility after three weeks where the care ratio is 1 aide to 18 and he fell twice and ended up in the hospital. I feel so fortunate that he was able to spend his last months safe at The Dorothy Francis Home.
