My brother has been receiving help from Synergy for a few years now and they have truly treated him like a member of their own families! He needs help with transportation to appointments and doing household chores, taking medication correctly, etc. The staff’s assistance has allowed him to live independently in a familiar environment despite his disability. He had a serious health issue a few months ago and I couldn’t be there (I live out of state.) and The owner went personally to bring my brother home from the hospital and got him settled in after he was discharged. Their consistent, loving care has allowed my brother to retain his dignity and allowed me to care for my own family’s needs a thousand miles away. I can’t recommend them more highly!... Read more

My loved ones don’t really have much to do with the activities, but there are activities. They were very helpful in an emergency situation. It’s a little problem trying to get the same person to work on the weekend. There was only one incident where the caregiver couldn’t make it, but the agency fixed it when they could. Again, they were very helpful in an emergency situation.
My father seems to be very happy with Synergy and with the caregivers that he's working with, and if he's happy, then we're happy. I could tell that he liked the fact that they were coming because one day, when we were talking on the phone, a caregiver came in and he perked right up instead of sounding run down and depressed like he usually does.
