My mom doesn't drive so having transportation to medical appointments is a blessing. They also will drive them to do their shopping for personal items as well. The residents can decorate their apartments and make it their own. There's just not a lot of variety available unless you pay extra for other things. They have an ok variety of activities. Communication with the staff is really good. Housekeeping is weekly, they do a pretty deep clean and do a great job. They empty trash daily. One suggestion I have would be to include phone and cable in the monthly cost, it's really expensive having to pay for it as an extra charge.
