This is a new home with a maximum occupancy of four residents. The home is located in the new development site of Badger Hills, northwest of Rochester city. It is only 5-7 minutes away from the Mayo Clinic. The location is new and has a quiet neighborhood with a public playground just behind the facility. It is also a few minutes away from Wal-Mart and Target and Northern Park Golf Course.
