a friendly, fun place to live.

I like the community and everyone is friendly. they have lots of activities going on. The food is great and I really like it. Communication is good and they keep us well informed and are always posting reminders. I would recommend this community to others.

Beautiful outdoor oasis. Extremely nice people. Residents seem extremely happy. The rooms are just not a good fit for my Mom.

Our experience with Silver Arrow at this time

My rating scores have gone down since the virus. I think in my opinion they need to look at the food here. Every night they are fed sandwiches, so they are not nutritional meals. I think they could do better on the health side about going around and checking on residents especially during this time. I would not recommend at this point, he is paying a lot of money and there is not really any value right right now.

The staff at Silver Arrow have been absolutely Fabulous to my mom. They have made sure she is well taken care of. Covid has been hard on us all but, the staff have went above and beyond. Thank you and you are so very appreciated.

Love Silver Arrow Estates!

We love Silver Arrow Estates!!! It’s made such a difference for my family. The staff is so amazing, kind, patient, and work so hard to make sure the people that live there are well cared for. I can’t say enough nice things about Silver Arrow Estates. [name removed], the manager, brings a smile to everyone’s face he’s always so happy. The staff are all friendly and go out of their way to help out. The food is great too!! A great place to live. It’s beautiful there too. Residents are very friendly. Just love the place!

Highly Recommend

The staff is excellent. I highly recommend Silver Arrow Estates. The food is good. We had more choices before the virus. I like the room sizes, we have a one-bedroom one-bath with the balcony. The staff is friendly and cheerful.

This property is aging, but lovely. Huge established trees and landscaping, and a very nice facility. The cottages are pretty far from the main facility for eating.

Do NOT trust your loved one's care to Silver Arrow!

DO NOT trust Silver Arrow with your loved one!! They will literally lie and tell you anything to get you to move in. Then, they don't stand behind their word and lie about what they said. My dad chose to move here after careful consideration of costs. He sold his home of 45 years and moved, with a permanently fixed income, into Silver Arrow where he was told he could get a rate-lock - otherwise he would never have sold his house and moved here, knowing he would not be able to afford it long term. Now, after he's moved and shifted EVERYTHING in his life, Management [names removed] are saying in order to get rate-lock, his current rate must increase by $400/month first. THIS WAS NOT WHAT HE WAS PROMISED! Had he known this he NEVER would have made this decision to move. Silver Arrow has caused our family a great deal of anxiety and it is still ongoing as now we have to find another place and move my dad again. He is 77 years old, moved out of his home of 45 years and now finds himself in this position. Silver Arrow has NOT taken care of him but instead had caused him to regret his situation and to become deeply concerned and worried at a time when he should be able to trust his caregivers and enjoy these years in a retirement community.

I was very disappointed here, from the beginning when we met with the sales person in her very tiny office to the out of date heating and air in the cottages. I did not tour the apartments.

Good Tour, but Too Expensive

We toured this community for my husband, and his needs. The tour went well, and everyone was very kind. The community was nice, and clean from what we saw. The staff was friendly, and polite. They were informative,and answered our questions. Unfortunately their prices were too expensive for our budget.

This is nice community, and my tour of it was a nice one. The community looked nice from what I saw. Everything was well maintained. The staff I came across was kind, and helpful. They were informative, and answered my questions. Everything went well, the experience was a nice one.

Impressed with This Community

This community has far exceeded any expectations we had for it. My mother in law is doing fantastic since her move to this community. We are very pleased with everything they have done for us. They have a great staff, and they have been polite, and courtesy. The community looks wonderful. Everything has worked out very well, and I would highly recommend this community.

Beautiful Location!!

I thought this location was beautiful with a lot of great surroundings. During our tour the staff where very professional and made sure to give my loved one and I a detailed look at there facility. I did not feel rushed or pressured which I was thankful for. Personally I just did not care for the atmosphere, it reminded me of more of a children's place. I could just see how transition would be difficult to move in here.

A place for dad

I toured this community. I was not happy that he would not have a place where he could his own meals if choose too. I did like the community for being clean. The staff was always friendly and helpful. This would be a good place for a person who did not want to cook meals on their own.

Mom's Happy Home

I like the care at this community. The meals are outstanding. The staff members are nice and caring. The community offer alot of nice activities for the residents. We would highly recommend the care and she is happy that they have a salon on the community. This is a great location for us. We recoomend this community for great care and the value for loved ones.
