Rates vary between $4,500 and $6,000 per month depending on room configuration (Private of Semi-Private) and the resident's individual care needs, which are determined upon initial assessment.

This 160 year old, 7,700 square foot Victorian home is one of the oldest buildings in Harvard, and after a beautiful renovation by the Shepherd team it now houses area seniors with Shepherd's award-winning care team.

A home feeling for mom

I am very happy with the care that my mother is getting at this very nice and home feeling community. The staff is wonderful and very attentive. I like that the community is clean. <y mother is really liking the activities and she likes what is offered. We would highly recommend this small community for great care and value to other families.
