They were very good when we needed them. They were reliable, and friendly, and we never had a problem with billing. Everything went smooth. They did a good job.Reviewed on SeniorAdvisor.com
My first contact with Sequoia Solutions was over New Year's weekend. My father was in the hospital and it was clear he needed more help at home. They came to the hospital to interview both myself and my father. They were able to arrange care quickly . Since then we have had ongoing problems but they've always stepped in with the care needed. The caregivers are warm and attentive . I also feel the supervisors are easy to contact and are always helpful. The cost is high but no different than any other places with this kind of support.Reviewed on A Place For Mom
We are completely satisfied our caregiver is very dependable and responsible. She does everything she is asked and above.Reviewed on A Place For Mom
