Speech therapy services are provided by trained and certified speech-pathologists. A visiting nurse is available to all residents. We always have a doctor on call to handle adjustments in medication, continued consultation, and urgent medical needs when they arise. Our residents may schedule reminders for medication and care activities. On-site hospice care is provided. This community provides medication administration. We can administer a sliding scale program to monitor insulin levels via glucose tests, and adjust medications based on the results. Staff members are versed in the usage of the Hoyer Lift for total transfers. Our facility is properly equipped and staffed to handle feeding tube management. Our facility services include catheter care. Our facility includes both catheter and colostomy care services. Services for residents with Disorientation/Lack of Awareness issues ensure residents are well-directed and receive support in living a healthy lifestyle, and that no one's needs are neglected. Restless residents may wander to cope with the anxiety caused by Alzheimer's disease and dementia - our facility features a locked and secured neighborhood to ensure the safety of all.
