Ready to trade home upkeep for a vacation lifestyle every day? At our life care community in Clearwater, Florida, you won’t have to. With three levels of care on one campus, including independent living, assisted living and skilled nursing, you’ll have the lifestyle you want and the care you need, even if your needs change.  It’s not downsizing your home; it’s upsizing your possibilities.

With almost a dozen floor plans to choose from, at Regency Oaks, you’ll find just the right apartment for you. Check out these apartment features:
•One-bedroom and two-bedroom apartments
•Lots of natural window light
•Plenty of storage with spacious walk-in closets

•Full-size kitchen with the latest appliances
•Pet-friendly

Imagine waking up and enjoying a cup of coffee on the verandah before deciding between a yoga class or an art class. Here that’s how you could start each day—with choices. Need a little inspiration?  Here are a few more options:
•Happy hour
•Bridge
•Charades
•Devotional services
•Pinochle
•Wine tastings

Maybe you want to take a swim in our heated, indoor pool before practicing your swing on the putting green. Or maybe you’ve always wanted to try ballroom dancing?  You can do that, too. Plus, you’ll have plenty of opportunities to get to know the other residents through fun social activities like mix & mingle events at our campus sports bar and pub.

With our continuum of care options, you’ll be prepared with the care you might need down the road. If you need skilled nursing care while recovering from surgery, no problem. Need an extra hand with daily activities like medication management or dressing? We’ve got that, too.  And just in case, our staff is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week to be alerted to an emergency.

Our life care CCRC offers one very unique benefit–you receive guaranteed care — even if your financial resources are eventually exhausted due to no fault of your own. That means you can make your assets last longer. Put simply, with a life care* contract you’ll have the care you need. And while that Life Care buy-in fee is an investment on the front end, you benefit from significant savings in healthcare costs down the road with more care when you need it at a lower monthly cost.

*The Life Care guarantee is subject to the terms and conditions of the Residency Contract.

  • Thankful living here

I moved in with my husband in July 2013, we both loved our home and where very happy here. We still where traveling and enjoyed all the many activities and functions that are available here. But in December 2016 I left for one and half hrs just to find my husband had a massive stroke and died at home. The support I had from all the people in this community was overwhelming. I am so grateful that we both made this move together and can now continue to live in my home for many years to come with no worries

  • A tour with care

This was a nice tour. The staff was nice and they answered all the of the questions that they had. They did offer a nice tour and it seemed to be very clean. They do have activities for everyone. I think that this would of been a great choice for my mom if she did not want to stay at home.

  • I wish I had more information

To be completely honest, I loved what I saw on my tour with the Executive Chef, as I have a culinary arts degree. I was rather disappointed that I arrived to find that my appointment had not been confirmed as the website A Place for Mom had suggested....this is not the only place I showed up without an appointment. I was totally impressed with their facility. The Chef could not answer most of my questions, he was taking me on a tour since everyone else was in a class. Seriously, not the fault of anyone except A Place for Mom. He was kind and answered all my questions as best as he could, and was so nice to print off the weekly menu for me because both my parents have dementia and getting them to eat is really an obstacle! I would have loved for my parents to have stayed here if it was closer to my home and I knew what exactly the fees were. It is possible that I did miss a call from this place due to the fact that I had to return to NC to take care of my parents. I did use my Clearwater home phone # as my contact.
