Colip House is an architectural gem which PBH rescued and underwent extensive renovation. This beautiful 1956 custom built home was originally the home of Grand Prairie's prominent and beloved Dr. William Colip and his family. Mrs. Olga Colip, architect and philanthropist, designed this one-of-a-kind Frank Lloyd Wright-style home and lived there until this past year. We have kept many of its unique design features while at the same time creating an open floor plan with a peaceful environment as well as include all the changes necessary for our aging-in-place seniors. Colip House has floor to ceiling windows in the common areas allowing residents beautiful outdoor views of a private courtyard with a water feature and landscaped backyard where birds are plentiful. This home can accommodate up to 9 residents with private and large shared rooms available. Because of this unique home, every room is different; different in size, configuration, bathroom accommodations and price.
Brook Hollow is located in Bedford. B H will accommodate 6 residents; 4 private bedrooms with jack `n jill bathrooms, and 1 large semi-private bedroom (perfect for a couple) with an en suite bathroom or can be leased as a private suite.
