The community is a decent place to go. The only complaint is that my loved one was there for a couple of months and none of the staff helped to get my loved one unpacked. I ended up helping my loved one get their belongs on the shelves and walls. The time my loved one was here was during the pandemic.
This community is one of the only ones I've walked into and there is no smell of urine. They have worked with us in getting appointments for my mom. I've had excellent interactions with the staff. My loved one seems very happy with the activities that she participates in. The quality is excellent here.
Make sure to pay attention to the medication distribution in the community this was my only issue with the community. I would recommend this community to others
A very bare bones facility. Atmosphere is depressing. Rooms are mostly shared, bare floors, cold, more like old nursing home rooms. Less expensive than some. Not acceptable for us. Staff is friendly and caring.
My grandmother loves being here she says it feels like she is on vacation all the time but on the same note wants to know when she is going home. She is enjoying meeting new people and she has even made some friends. Physically she is not able to do any of the activities. From what I am told she is loving the food. The staff has been wonderful very friendly and attentive. When my aunt and uncle toured the community they were very impressed by the responses and amount of information they were given by the people doing the tour. They both felt my grandmother would be in good hands here.
Dad is in the memory care unit and the staff are very good. They are caring and thoughtful. The food is not their strong point and there is not a lot of choices. The community is clean and here is an outside area for the residents. I would recommend this community.
I had recently had a tour of this community for my mother and I have no complaints of how things had went. It was actually one of our top places that we had looked it in the area for my mother. The staff where easy to communicate with and I did not feel pressured throughout our visit. The property was beautiful and had a lot of great amenities available to the residents. My mom was just not able to bring her cat with her and that would have not worked for us.
My uncle has made a lot of improvements since making the move into this place. He has such a positive attitude and seems to be making a lot of new friends. All of the staff have been extremely nice and attentive to his needs as best as possible. He has had no complaints about the food and has enjoyed the activities they offer throughout the week. Overall great place and I would highly recommend it to anyone.
We are happy with the care that our grandmother is getting here. The staff are always nice and helpful. She is happy with the meals that are offered. The community is always clean. They have activities that she is happy with participating in. We would recommend this community to other families for the care and value that is given here.
It has only been 3 wks since moving our father into the facility. The staff has been very supportive/responsive of dad's is requests as to fix-its, or customizing his environment to better fit his personal needs. Dad more reassured than in the beginning. We didn't think that he would eat in the dining room and yet he is . He is adjusting to meal time schedules, Seems fine with food and snacks and eating very well! It is a place with activity going on, which I think good. It is a bright place. Best to ask many specific questions to clarify things like definitions of care, number of staff and positions available day/night etc.. Fewer assumptions or surprises this way. I am hopeful.
