I would tell my friends, that it is a one of kind. The concept is excellent for the independent care. I feel this has gone downhill due to the management team. There has been a new manager over the retirement community. All meals are provided and were delivered to the room of the residents. Overall they aren’t cleaning the rooms and they should be cleaning every week per the contract. I feel they could be doing more activities. There are getting the residents together for bingo and snacks due to COVID. I called the home office, and things have improved slightly.Reviewed on SeniorAdvisor.com
I would tell them I would recommend it. My loved one is happy, and you can't ask for more than that. Prior to COVID they had bingo and cards as activities. The room was fine for my loved one, and they did have different options available for rooms.Reviewed on SeniorAdvisor.com
Niagra village is doing the best they can to adapt to the ever-changing rules of covid. They have started having dinner in the dining room again and that is good for the residence. I think they are trying their bestReviewed on SeniorAdvisor.com
