DO NOT TAKE YOUR LOVED ONE TO THIS HORRIBLE REHAB FACILITY
mother stayed one week should have been restrained because she was a fall risk I told them 7 days in a row keep an eye on her she's going to fall unfortunately on the 7th day because nobody paid any attention to my requests she fell and was transported to ER. I repeatedly told the staff there she is able to get up on her walker she wants to go home she's going to try to get up and walk nobody listened I pleaded with them DAILY to get her into physical therapy so she could begin working on her strength and Balance they walked her down the hall approximately 10 ft and back that's all the therapy she got for one day she didn't get therapy the first day she didn't get therapy the third day the fourth day she walked to and from the bathroom that was in her room approximately 5 ft it wasn't until the 5th day that they actually took her into a physical therapy room had her working with weights at her working with steps and had her walking longer and distances good majority of staff is rude!

Sickening
DO NOT send anyone to this facility! The staff openly spoke about how short-staffed they were and that they were unable to turn My father every 2 hours. They also did not have the time to change him so he sat in a filthy diaper subsequently they gave him back toremia and a UTI along with a pressure ulcer and infection on his back because he laid in sweat and was not cleaned or bathed. We then had to send him back to the hospital to which the ER doctor found him dehydrated and delirious from his e coli infection. [name removed] never called us the entire time he was there even though we made 13 separate phone calls to her. She did not do any blood work and when we did speak with her she said this was his new normal and that we needed to accept it and also start looking into a feeding tube. Once he had the IV antibiotics he was back to his old self again and had we listened to her We would have let him die. [name removed] is a useless regional operations manager. Do not use Marquis Health facil

Frequently Asked Questions
about Mount Holly Rehabilitation & Healthcare Center

A Place for Mom has scored Mount Holly Rehabilitation & Healthcare Center 1 out of 10 using our proprietary review score.

We assign review scores to give a more reliable view into senior living communities and home care agencies. Our review scores prioritize reviews that are recent — the past 24 months — because we know families need current information when choosing senior care.

Those with many recent, positive reviews receive a high review score, while providers with few recent reviews — regardless of how positive — receive a lower review score. Communities with no recent reviews will not have a review score, even if older reviews are positive. The maximum A Place for Mom review score a community can receive is 10 points.
