This facility is not licensed by the state to offer medication dispensing services, however, residents are supported in their self-medication efforts as much as possible. A visiting nurse is available to all residents. Our residents can schedule reminders and exceptions for both medications and care activities. This community provides administered injections, insulin injections, medication administration, and licensed nurses are onsite to administer injections when needed. Staff members are versed in the usage of the Hoyer Lift for total transfers. Our facility is properly equipped and staffed to handle feeding IV insertion management. Services include incontinence care for bladder-related and bowel-related symptoms. Wound care is available. The facility supports outdoor leisure hours. We accept residents with behavioral issues - our staff is specially trained in de-escalating behavioral episodes and our facilities are fully equipped to handle any related occurrences that may arise.
