689 Margaret Road Kittanning PA 16201
Margaret Manor is a senior care home located in charming Kittanning, Indiana in Armstrong County. Kittanning rests 44 miles northeast of Pittsburgh along the banks of the Alleghany River. A favorite way to spend the evening is a night out at the Riverside Drive-In, where the best deal in town is to paddle a canoe or kayak on the river while you watch the movie, then camp and have breakfast, an all-for-one deal. The senior center welcomes all retirement-age residents to join them for hot lunches, some exercise or a game of pool.
The staff at Margaret Manor are experienced senior care caregivers who encourage our residents to live as independently as possible in a group home setting, while they assist them with daily living tasks such as dressing, grooming and medication management. We plan daily activities such as Wii Sports, bingo and weekly organ recitals. A registered nurse is on the staff, and our caregivers are on duty 24/7 to ensure that all resident concerns are addressed immediately. We are within minutes of emergency medical care.
In addition to a lovely residential home in a safe neighborhood, we offer amenities such as:
- Daily devotional readings
- Home-cooked meals that provide alternate meal choices, such as kosher or vegetarian
- Ranch style, single-level, handicapped accessible living
- Comfortable common areas for visiting or watching TV
- Resident parking
At Margaret Manor, our residents are treated with respect and dignity, with love and compassion and welcomed as family into our caring and compassionate community.
