Liberty Village Assisted Living
200 Liberty Place Tomah WI 54660
Liberty Village is a complete senior living community offering three levels of care: Independent Senior Living is where residents live in their own apartments, furnish them as they please, come and go as they choose, yet have the comfort of three meals a day, weekly housekeeping services and all the amenities we offer. Residential Care Apartment Complex (RCAC) is a beginning to intermediate assisted living community that offers residents the additional help whenever they need it — with medications, bathing, dressing, etc. Community Based Retirement Facility (CBRF) is an advanced assisted living and memory care community that adds around-the-clock caring in a home-like environment keeping each resident as dignified and independent as possible, while maintaining a feeling of safety and security.
Assisted living offers a sense of privacy and opportunities for socialization and lifestyle choices. Liberty Village provides a unique living arrangement that blends individual apartment living with supportive services and care. You will have the comfort and security of knowing that as your needs change, Liberty Village is there for you.
