As a hospital case manager, I was thoroughly impressed with the professionalism, care and compassion of the director of nursing at Kadie Glen, [name removed]. [name removed] rapidly facilitated a compassionate & concise transition from our rehab to their ALF. I was impressed with how attentive, interested & engaged [name removed] was with the transfer process. I look forward to collaborative exchanges in the future. Thank you for setting the precedence of excellence in patient-centered, holistic care. Bravo!
The shared bathrooms often go uncleaned for days with excrement on the rug or toilet.
We visited a friend of ours who just moved to this community. She's so happy with her apartment and says the staff is wonderful. The new owners have remodeled and updated the building. We stayed for lunch - which was delicious. Everyone seems happy. The staff were very cordial and professional. I'd recommend for anyone needing assistance.
