My sick relative got a bill for one day's work. He paid up front the entire amount with the $100 administrative fee. He was told this would cover everything for his two-week care. It seems that Home Instead's pay period ends on the 15th of each month. So we are in the middle of an out-of-state move, two insurance companies, doctors, and many difficulties. It would of been nice to have one thing taken care of, with honesty.Reviewed on SeniorAdvisor.com
Never ending bills.

They don't give correct service amounts and bill you for their mistakes. Do you need that when you are taking care of a sick relative?Reviewed on SeniorAdvisor.com

I really liked them when I used them. What they provided and the care I needed at the time, was great. I didn't ever have issues with people not showing up, or not calling if they were going to be late. Unfortunately my loved one needs a new kind of living situation, but I would use Home Instead again, they did a great job.Reviewed on SeniorAdvisor.com

Good service, and friendly caregivers Loved one - Loved one of resident/client
They've done a great job working with my Mom, and she's shown a lot of improvement, we're down from needing around 30 hours of help a week to about 6. Due to the scheduling I haven't met many of the caregivers myself, but Mom has found a few she enjoys working with. They're always on time, and we've never had any issues with no-shows!Reviewed on SeniorAdvisor.com
